I almost, almost, almost got my hair cut like this last week.  My late Christmas present was a haircut and I kept coming back to this over and over.  I ended up just getting thick bangs and a trim.  My profile picture is from when I was newly 18 and I haven’t truly cut it, just small trims, in the past 3 years.  I used to make fun of people who got too attached to their hair but I think I understand it now.  I just could not make myself cut it all off.  :(
